By 2030, the UN seeks to combat corruption, strengthen institutions, and enhance transparency. Efforts include reducing illicit financial flows, recovering stolen assets, and ensuring legal identity for all. Developing countries are encouraged to participate in global governance and improve crime prevention. Additionally, the goal supports public access to information, fundamental freedoms, and non-discriminatory policies for sustainable development.

OSTIM Technical University promotes pluralism and democratic participation across all areas. Its highest authority, the Senate, includes the rector, vice-rectors, deans, and the student council president. The Senate oversees academic programs, regulations, and policies on education, research, and publications.
